Ordering with our online shopping cart is simple.

1. Register or login
2. Begin shopping/select product
3. Select "order by quantity" and add desired quantity in box, click on the "place order" button.
4. Select what size you would like in this quantity.
5. Repeat for more sizes.

Order with our online form to make large group purchases !

1. Click on Email Order.
2. Fill out your school information.
3. Enter the item number, color, quantities and price for the items you want to order.
4. Total up your order and compute your balance.
5. Select a payment plan.
6. Enter names and measurements for large group orders or sizes from our size charts.
7. Click "send order". You will receive a copy of your order via email.

Colors on the website may not be accurate due to the variations that occur from computer monitors. We suggest that you ask for free fabric swatches before placing your final order. Formal Fashions cannot accept responsibility of manufactured items being ordered online without customer reviewing fabric swatches.  We suggest that you request a free catalog and/or free fabric swatches before placing your final order.

PAYMENT METHOD: How to pay, three easy methods:

1. Visa or Mastercard payment can be used on orders taken online, by phone, fax or mail.
Your card will be charged when the order(s) are placed.

2. Full payment by organization check can be used on orders taken by phone, fax, on-line or mail. The check must be received prior to shipping. Please write customer number on all checks and correspondence. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Discounts may apply.

3. Official District Purchase Orders can be used on orders taken by phone, fax, on-line or mail. We must receive a copy of the complete authorized P.O. before items can be shipped. You have thirty days from the invoice date to pay. (If the order was previously called, mailed or faxed, please indicate this on your purchase order. This avoids duplicate shipments.)

A 2% per month late fee is charged on balances not paid in 30 days. In addition, customers who do not pay within terms, will be required to pre-pay or use a credit card on future orders.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Please be advised that order do not ship the same day as the order as placed. In stock items will ship within 3 working days (M-F). Manufactured items will ship 3 weeks after order has been placed.

Delivery:

Order early to allow for delivery time and exchanges. In stock items usually ship within 3 business days (M-F). Manufactured garments usually ship within 3 weeks. Allows 4 weeks in October/November. Allow 6 weeks for special orders and non-featured items. AK, HI, Guam and Puerto Rico must use 2 Day Air. Weekends and holidays are excluded in delivery time.

Ordering Samples:

Samples: Please review our quality garments. Samples are usually in black and ship the following business day.

Color swatches are free upon request and are recommended when looking on line for uniforms. (All computer monitors may have different shades for each color.)

Samples are to be returned within 15 days of receipt

Guarantee with a Visa or Mastercard. The credit card will be charged if items are not returned within 15 days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We have a 30 day return and / or exchange policy. Please check your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you have any concerns.

1. Refer to the Return/Exchange form and follow the instructions provided.

2. Restock fees will apply to all returns and exchanges. (10% for in stock items and 20% for manufactured items.

3. Special orders, special cuts (tall/shorts etc.) & non-featured items are non-returnable.
