PAYMENT METHOD: Choose from our three E-Z methods:
- Visa, MasterCard or American Express: Your card will be charged when your order is placed.
- Organizational Check: The check must be received prior to shipping and for the full amount of your order. Please write customer number on all checks and correspondence. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, please.
- Official District Purchase Orders: We must receive a copy of the complete authorized P.O. before items can be shipped. You have thirty days from the invoice date to pay. Please indicate on your P.O. if your order was previously called in, mailed, or faxed. This helps us to avoid duplicate shipments.
A 2% per month late fee is charged on balances not paid in 30 days. In addition, customers who do not pay within terms, will be required to pre-pay or use a credit card on future orders.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Delivery:
Place your order early to allow for delivery time and exchanges. Please be advised that orders do not ship the same day as the order is placed. In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Allow 6 weeks for special orders and non-featured items. Weekends and holidays are excluded in delivery time.
Ordering Samples:
Samples are usually in black and ship the following business day. Samples are to be returned within 15 days of receipt. If you are looking for a particular color, you may order fabric swatches which are free upon request. However, if you would rather see the garment in your chosen color, you may purchase the garment as a regular order (return and exchange fees will apply).

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy. Please check your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you have any concerns.
Restock fees will apply to all returns and exchanges (10% for in stock and 20% for manufactured items).
Colors on the website may not be accurate due to the variations that occur from computer monitors. We suggest that you order a sample or ask for free fabric swatches before placing your final order.
